I. OBJECTIVES – MISSION STATEMENT

1.      To research, develop and promote scientifically, medically and legally accurate resources, procedure, policy and practice with regard to all phases and aspects of impact related traumas (car accidents). Further to promote the recovery, wellness, as well as the just financial compensation of the injured parties of said impact related traumas

2.      Through litigation and legislation, promote social, ethical and financial responsibility to minimize the incidence thereby the related costs associated with said injuries caused by unnecessary and avoidable negligence or actions of willful disregard for life and well being of others.

The overall objective is to change the necessity and nature of litigation in the US as it applies to victims with traumatic injuries that are incurred during impacts and collisions especially as pertaining to motor vehicle related incidence.
